El Presidente Condominiums has many amenities to offer: two gas BBQ grills, large 33' x 56' heated & lighted beachside pool (hours are 9am-9pm), newly resurfaced private tennis court, pickleball courts, beach & pool chairs, beach towels in units, wireless internet in all units, washer & dryers in units, and covered assigned parking (1 spot per unit).
