Scott is the owner and founder of Florida Shoreline and Foundation. He has over 20 years’ experience as an owner and GM in residential, commercial, and municipal marine construction projects ranging from simple repairs to million dollar marinas. Scott holds certifications and licenses as a State Certified Building Contractor, State Certified Marine Contractor, CHANCE and Atlas Systems Certified Installer for helical pilings and resistance piers. When not working he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. In their free time the Liebel’s enjoy fishing, sailing, camping, hunting, sporting clays shooting, various team sports and the outdoors. Scott is an active member of the Sarasota Sailing Squadron and Sarasota Youth Sailing. He has lived in Sarasota for 40+ years and is a Sarasota High School graduate. After graduating from Rollins College with a degree in Economics he returned to Sarasota to begin his career.
