This top floor 1 bed/1 bath condo has the perfect set up a full kitchen, full balcony with a lake view, floor to ceiling windows with plenty of Florida sunlight, and natural wooden vaulted ceilings. When you're finished relaxing, it is a quick 5-minute walk to the vibrant culture of Siesta Key Village with plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy!

Sandy Cove in and of itself is a tropical oasis, filled with mature native plants and trees you feel as if you have traveled to your own paradise. Our white powdery sand beach can only be accessed by Sandy Cove residents, NO public access, NO crowded beach. Sandy Cove enjoys the perfect location, only a 5-minute walk to the energetic Siesta Key Village which boasts all necessities such as entertainment, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and free Trolley for easy access. A car is not even necessary; but just in case, the condo includes a dedicated covered carport with an additional uncovered parking spot and a storage unit with the included beach chairs and room for your own beach toys.
