The Feast of the Seven Fishes is a holiday tradition at Mattison’s. Chef Paul Mattison has created a special menu available exclusively at Mattison’s Forty-One only on Christmas Eve. The meal is an Italian-American, multi-course menu featuring fresh fish and other fine seafood. This special holiday meal is a tradition that Chef Paul, owner of Mattison’s Restaurants and Catering, grew up experiencing with his Italian family. Many holidays were spent cooking alongside his grandmother Esther. He proudly brings this family tradition to Mattison’s every Christmas Eve.
