John Kincaid Photography Exhibit, Sale

The Art Ovation Hotel, on North Palm Avenue in downtown Sarasota, will host a major photography exhibit and sale of Siesta Key fine art print photographs featuring internationally recognized landscape photographer John Kincaid. The show will run October 11-17, 2022. The photographs will be on display in the lobby of the Art Ovation Hotel, from 4-9 p.m. Kincaid will be on site each day to meet with visitors and discuss his work.

The Art Ovation show will feature a collection of eight of Kincaid’s aerial and beach-level Siesta Key Beach prints, depicting the iconic beauty of Siesta Key beaches at sunrise, sunset and during the day. The limited edition prints will range from the master, #1, up to # 99. Pricing for the framed prints ranges from $600 to $25,000. Full color and black and white prints are available.

Kincaid is finalizing plans to open a fine art photography gallery in St. Armand’s Circle that will  showcase his work that captures the beauty of the world’s most magnificent beaches, in the near future. The Sarasota gallery will be Kincaid’s third. He currently manages a gallery in the St. Regis Hotel in Bora Bora, and a gallery in the Amanoi Resort, in South Vietnam.

“I fell in love with Siesta Key when I came here as a teenager and it’s continued to draw me back. The beaches are truly among the most beautiful in the world,” said Kincaid. “I am looking forward to becoming a part of the Siesta Key and Sarasota community and making it my home.”

“My photography is intended to bring joy,” said the photographer. “My custom prints can be sized to fit a home, large office, restaurant or retail space. To assist our clients in selecting the right Kincaid fine art photograph, we offer a free room-design illustration. That allows us to create a visual experience.”

Kincaid has been capturing the world’s most beautiful oceanic scenes for many years. In 2015, he left behind a successful computer software consulting business to pursue his love of photography full time. Kincaid taught himself the finer points of landscape and underwater photography. Drawing on his computer skills and technical expertise, he also learned to print his fine art photography in an ecologically friendly manner that creates minimal waste.

All Kincaid photos are shipped at no additional cost in wooden frames that are handmade in Italy and crafted from woodlands that are in active reforestation programs. Prints are shipped in custom cardboard boxes that are 100% recyclable and lightweight.

In addition to Kincaid’s fine art prints, he also offers a line of eight Tahitian aromas and scrubs that capture the essence of French Polynesia and Hawaii. The collection ranges in price from $20 to $34. They too are sold in ecologically friendly packaging. Kincaid’s fragrances and scrubs will be available for purchase at the Art Ovation Hotel show.
