Teaching & Learning Docent Tour

 
This special photography exhibition explores the relationship and influence of instructors on their students.

The exhibition features 12 early to mid-20th-century vintage gelatin silver prints by Bill Brandt and Harry Callahan, donated to Ringling College of Art and Design from the world-class Richard and Ellen Sandor Family Collection, and late 20th and early 21st-century works created with more modern techniques by photographers that carry these artists’ lineages. 

Docent tour will be led by Richard and Ellen Sandor.

Additionally, this exhibition will feature photography by Emmet Gowin, a student of Harry Callahan, Tom Carabasi student of Emmet Gowin, and Jesse Clark ’23 student of Tom Carabasi.
