The meal is an Italian-American, multi-course menu featuring fresh fish and other fine seafood. This special holiday meal is a tradition that Chef Paul, owner of Mattison’s Restaurants and Catering, grew up experiencing with his Italian family. Many holidays were spent cooking alongside his grandmother Esther. He proudly brings
